How to Access Your GNMI Imaging Reports Online
Where do I access my MRI or CT report? 1. Where do I access reports for other imaging services?
Overview
GNMI uses different online services for patient report access depending on the type of imaging examination you had.
If you had an MRI or CT at a participating GNMI location, your report is accessed through Track My Care. Reports for other imaging services continue to be accessed through PocketHealth.
What You Need to Know
- MRI & CT reports: Use Track My Care.
- Non-MRI & CT reports: Use PocketHealth.
- Track My Care currently applies to MRI and CT reports from GNMI Mississauga, Ajax, and 464 Welland Ave in St. Catharines.
- Your written radiology report may not be available immediately after your examination.
- Diagnostic images and written reports are not necessarily accessed through the same process.

Reports for Other Imaging Services

Reports vs. Diagnostic Images
A written radiology report and the diagnostic images from your examination are different records.
The report contains the radiologist's findings and is sent to your referring healthcare provider. The diagnostic images are the actual images produced during your examination.
If you are requesting copies of your diagnostic images, use the GNMI Image Request page.
When Will My Report Be Available?
Reports are not always available immediately after an imaging examination. Each examination must be reviewed and the written radiology report must be completed.
Report turnaround times vary depending on the examination and current reporting volume. A standard turnaround may be approximately 10–12 business days, although reports can take longer during periods of higher volume.
Discussing Your Results With Your Doctor
Your referring physician or authorized healthcare provider is responsible for explaining your imaging results, diagnosis, and any recommended follow-up.
GNMI technologists and sonographers cannot provide a diagnosis or interpret your results during your appointment.
